Atlas World was appointed to design, supply, install and maintain a new Fire Alarm system across the hotel, including the original Manor building and the contemporary accommodation in the new extension. Log cabins and cottages were also included.
The Hotel operations continued throughout the Installation and so a high degree of consultation, programming and works management was necessary to ensure this high profile site was not disrupted during the work programme. Atlas World accommodated a flexible works programme to take advantage of cancelled room bookings, last minute room bookings, Corporate Events, Weddings, parties and Spa events.
The Great Hall function and conference facility was identified as being high risk in terms of Bookings v Fire Alarm Installation. A meticulous approach to design and planning, working closely with the Hotel management team, was implemented to ensure the ambiance of the room was not compromised whilst the works were completed.
A combination of discrete installation and sympathetic approach enabled Atlas World to complete the works within the proposed timeframe and we have gone on to complete projects for various other sister hotels.
