Atlas World was appointed to design, supply and maintain the fire and security solution for a major £20 million expansion of Lidl’s Distribution Centre in Northern Ireland.

We designed, supplied, installed and maintained an integrated fire protection system for the whole site including the cutting edge refrigeration system which also supplies energy efficient reclaimed heat for the site. We worked very closely with Lidl and the primary building contractor throughout the project, advising on the design of the Fire and Security systems, and coordinating with other construction contractors to ensure that the systems were installed on time and in line with the overall construction timetable.
